Booking Terms

1. Making a booking

Appointments are subject to availability and are currently arranged directly with Bella Beauty by phone or Instagram. A booking is confirmed when Bella agrees to the appointment details.

Same-day appointments may be requested, but are not confirmed until Bella responds. For bookings of three or more people, please contact Bella directly so the request can be discussed.

2. Prices

Current service prices are available on the Bella Beauty website and may be updated from time to time. The applicable price is the price displayed or confirmed in connection with your booking. Existing product removal, service changes or additions may affect the final price where discussed with you.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please contact Bella at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

4. Late arrivals

Please arrive on time so that later clients are not affected. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, Bella may need to shorten or reasonably adjust the service, or reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to complete it. If the service cannot reasonably proceed because of the late arrival, the late-cancellation policy may apply.

5. No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled or contacted Bella in advance, the booking will be treated as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in additional booking requirements for future appointments.

6. Before your appointment

Please tell Bella before your appointment about known allergies, skin sensitivities or other circumstances relevant to the booked treatment. Some nail, skin or treatment-area conditions may mean that a service cannot reasonably proceed. Bella does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment; please ask before booking if you are unsure whether a service is suitable.

Please also tell Bella when booking if existing gel or extensions need to be removed. Removal may affect the appointment duration and final price.

7. Changing or adding services

If you would like to change the booked service or add another service, please tell Bella in advance. Additional services may not always be possible on the day, depending on availability. A change or addition may affect the appointment duration and final price.

8. Changes or cancellations by Bella Beauty

If Bella needs to change or cancel an appointment because of circumstances outside its reasonable control, Bella will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these Booking Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where the law provides an additional refund or other right, that right will apply.

10. Privacy

Information provided when you enquire about or arrange an appointment is handled as described in Bella Beauty’s Privacy Policy.
